GG Food Co. Gluten Free & Vegan Artisan Bread

This bread is a ciabatta style free form bread.
Can be frozen for up to 3 months from date of manufacture.

Reheating Instructions: Defrost in fridge overnight. Toast in toaster / pan / oven to your desired level of crunchiness.
For a “fresh” slice of bread, wrap defrosted bread in a clean, damp tea-towel and heat in the oven until warmed through.

CONTAINS NO: Xanthan Gum, Nightshades, Preservatives, Colourants, Flavour Enhancers, Additives, Gluten or Wheat, Egg or Dairy ~ BUT still tastes amazing!

Ingredients: Plain: Wholegrain Sorghum Flour, Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Water, Apple Cider Vinegar, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Psyllium, Yeast, Brown Sugar, Himalayan Salt

Additional Ingredients: Herb: Mixed Dried Herbs – Oregano, Thyme / Basil
Pepper: Black Pepper & Pimento
Olive & Rosemary Tapenade: Black Olives, Rosemary, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Pepper, Himalayan Salt
